기록 정렬 임시 문서

orderBy:
"(event_time IS NULL OR event_time = '') ASC, event_time ASC, id ASC"
으로 변경. 시간이 있는 기록은 'HH:mm' 오름차순으로, 시간이 없는 기록(종일/미지정)은 맨 뒤로, 같은 시각이면 기존처럼 입력 순서(id) 유지합니다.
이대로 수정해도 될까요?

recordsOnDate()를 시분 오름차순(시간 없는 기록은 뒤로, 동일 시각은 입력 순서 유지)으로 정렬하도록 수정했고, flutter analyze 통과했습니다. 시뮬레이터 확인은 직접 부탁드립니다.
